Position Details:
Compensation: $135/HR + 100% Malpractice Covered
· Specialty: ABFM / ABIM
· Type: Locum (Long-term, renewable annually)
· Start Date: ASAP
· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (flexible per plant needs)
· Patient Volume: 7–10 patients/day
· On-call: None
Clinical Scope:
· Occupational injuries & Work Comp cases
· Fit-for-duty exams & physicals
· Light acute care & minor procedures (suturing, splinting, etc.)
· Walk-ins and occasional emergent cases
· EMR: OHSIM
Team & Support:
· Nursing team (3 FT, 5 PRN)
· Orientation: 1 week
Requirements:
· IL State License
· Board Certified (BC), DEA, BLS
· 1–2 years' experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency Medicine
