Family Medicine Physician – Employee Wellness (Locums)
📍 Channahon, IL
🕒 Mon/wed 8a-5p, Tue 9a-5p, Thur 9a-7p, and Fri 8a-4:30p
🚀 Start Date: ASAP
Join a dedicated care team providing primary care to employees of local companies at an onsite health center. This is a locum tenens opportunity.
Key Details:
- Setting: Employee wellness and primary care
- Patient Volume: 7–10 patients per day
- Ages Seen: 2+
- Travel: Mileage and lodging is covered
- Support: Collaborative team including physician and nursing staff
- Interview: Virtual with Medical Director
Requirements:
- Active IL license
- Board Certification ABFM
- Active BLS and DEA
- Minimum 2 year of primary care experience
