✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Orthopedic Surgery — or BE with scheduled board exam date

• Active Colorado license or ability to obtain before start (IMLC accepted)

• Level 2 Workers’ Compensation certification (mandatory)

• Active DOT certification at time of application

• Active BLS and DEA licenses

• Clean malpractice and background checks (NPDB self-inquiry report highly preferred)

1. Complete online EPIC learning modules prior to virtual training

2. Attend scheduled virtual EPIC training
