π οΈ Your Key Responsibilities:

Perform Level 2 Workersβ Compensation evaluations (certification required)

Conduct DOT physical exams (DOT cert required)

Complete impairment ratings and M164s

Document efficiently in EPIC EMR
β Must-Have Qualifications:

Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Orthopedic Surgery β or BE with scheduled board exam date

Active Colorado license or ability to obtain before start (IMLC accepted)
-
Level 2 Workersβ Compensation certification (mandatory)

Active DOT certification at time of application

Active BLS and DEA licenses
-
Clean malpractice and background checks (NPDB self-inquiry report highly preferred)

Complete online EPIC learning modules prior to virtual training

Attend scheduled virtual EPIC training

Provide details on EPIC experience, last facility used, and a badge-quality photo

Submit time zone, best contact phone, and email for smooth onboarding

Clinic-based in a scenic mountain region. Preference for local, drive-in providers to reduce travel. Travel exceptions must be noted upfront.
