We have an exciting, ongoing long-term opportunity in Chicago Heights, IL, requiring ABFM or ABIM specialty with BC, DEA, and BLS certifications.
Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing, with annual contract renewal
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9AM-5:30PM
- LOW Patient Volume
Requirements:
- Licensure: IL
- Experience: 1-2 years in occupational medicine
- ABFM or ABIM specialty with BC, DEA, and BLS certifications
Responsibilities:
- Occupational injuries, Work Comp, Fit for Duty exams, physicals, light acute care, minor procedures
Interview Process:
- Onsite/in person
- Orientation: 1 week
- Onboarding: 2-3 weeks
