Need: MD or DO with DEA and DOT certification
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 9A – 6P (no weekends and no on-call)
Salary: Base of $250,000-$300,000 + 10.5% annual bonus paid monthly base on KPI’s
Order Type: Permanent/Direct Hire-Full Time
On Call: N/A
Placement Fee: 25% of 1st year salary
Relocation: Depending on the candidate’s availability to relocation, some relocation assistance can be
provided
