- Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
- Outpatient Only
- 15 patients/day
- Number of APPs in the Practice: 1
- -Worker's Comp. Evaluations & Treatment
- -Pre-placement Physicals
- -Fit for Duty Evaluations
- -Lab review and clearances
- EMR: UL-OHM
- BC or truly BE within 5 years of residency
- Active PA license
