- Setting: Free Standing Clinic
- Dates of coverage needed: Dec 2023 - April, 2024 with possible ongoing extension
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a - 5p
- Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
- Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: Board Certified, MO State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
