The Department of Radiology of Jefferson Health is seeking a full time cardiothoracic radiologist to join our faculty in New Jersey. The successful candidate must have a strong interest or existing background in academic radiology and an interest in teaching medical students and radiology trainees.

The Department of Radiology faculty provides clinical services to patients at Jefferson Health sites in New Jersey including Cherry Hill, Stratford and Washington Township. Our radiologists are responsible for interpreting all adult CXR, thoracic CT, cardiovascular CT, and cardiovascular MRI exams and work in close collaboration with many clinical specialties including pulmonary medicine, thoracic surgery and thoracic oncology. Our radiology department operates with cutting edge imaging technologies including CR and DR radiography units, multiple modern multidetector CT scanners, high field MR systems, FDG-PET scanners, PET-MRI scanner and comprehensive interventional suites. The department enjoys a fully digital environment and interacts with state-of-the-art imaging equipment. Our department also has a strong track record of cutting-edge clinical and basic science pioneering research activities. We also have comprehensive teaching files, case searching tool for education and research activities, and radiology report communication tools.

This current position can be at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Rank and academic track will commensurate with candidate experience and credentials.

Applicants must have: 1) an MD, DO or equivalent degree, 2) completion of an accredited residency program, 3) board certification or board eligibility and 4) a license or eligibility to practice medicine in the state of New Jersey.
