**Occupational Medicine opportunity: Yakima, WA** ~ Sign-on, Stipend, Retention, Starting, Relocation, Productivity **Position Details** - 100% Occupational Medicine Practice. - Occupational Health Exams preplacement, surveillance, fitness for duty, return to work, DOT physicals, and review of testing. - DOT certified or able to obtain. - FAA exams. - Evaluation and treatment for work related injuries, exposures and illnesses. - MRO Medical Review Officer Review of drug/alcohol testing and results - Direct care and management of work-related injuries (L&I claims/evaluations) and exposures cases. - Prefer FACOEM but will accept FM or IM with interest in OccMed practice. - EMR: Cerner - Working with, and sensitive to, a multicultural population in a rural setting is preferred. - Local industries include manufacturing, wineries/breweries/food processing, aerospace, logistics and distribution, and healthcare. - Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus. **Requirements** - MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent. - Completion of an accredited US Residency program. - WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license. - BE/BC required. - Great peer references and in good standing with clean record. **Compensation** - Generous base salary based off MGMA standards with ranges from $240k-$300k p/y DOE. - RVU quarterly productivity bonuses for increased earnings potential during ramp up. - Comprehensive full benefit package includes M/D/V/RX/AD&D/L/HSA, retirement, CME time and allowances, generous time off, and malpractice. - Relocation allowances, sign-on, and commencement bonuses. - Site qualifies for PSLF (Loan Forgiveness 501(c)(3)). **Location** - A growing population and thriving economy (Yakima County over 250,000 with our catchment area close to 300,000 residents) - Over 300 days of blissful sunshine with 4 distinct mild seasons - Beautiful region located on the sunny-side of the state great for outdoor concerts, shopping, dining, and drive-up espresso stands! - Every outdoor activity you can think of among some of the most beautiful scenery--rolling hills, vineyards, produce stacked in bins/fruit stands/farmers markets, rivers and lakes, fishing, camping, hiking, biking, hunting, skiing, with spectacular views of Mt.
