Occupational Medicine Provider needed in Spokane, WA - Gorgeous little town with the amenities of a big city!
*Location: Spokane, Washington
*Setting: Clinic/Outpatient
*Start Date: June 12 (ASAP); Credentialing timeframe will be rushed
*Start Date: September 8; Coverage needed for provider on medical leave
*Coverage: Clinic hours, no call; Full time schedule
*Volume: 15 patients per shift
*Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active, unrestricted WA license or IMLC
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no unresolved cases or large payouts within the past 7 years)
*Travel & Lodging covered
