Job Details* 

  • Flexible schedule- 4 day work week if desired
  • Average daily patient volume is 10 

Qualifications  

  • MD or DO degree 
  • Will obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire 
  • BE/BC in occupational medicine, family medicine or internal medicine
  • Completed an ACGME-accredited
    residency
