Cross Country Locums is seeking an Occupational/Urgent Care physician for a contract position in Kenosha Wisconsin

JOB DETAILS:
  • Open dates: 4/29 thru 7/29/22
  • We are looking for an IM or FP with Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care experience Mon-Fri (5 days/week)
  • 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Milwaukee area or surrounding suburbs
  • MUST be DOT certified
  • Worksite Setting: Free standing clinic
  • EMR/EHR system: Allscripts
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Active unrestricted Wisconsin license,
  • DEA
  • DOT cert
  • Proof of vaccination .
  • Name Clear/Submission Process and Turnaround time: Has been about 1 week
