JOB DETAILS:
- Open dates:3/07 thru 6/30/22
- We are looking for an IM or FP with Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care experience Mon-Fri (5 days/week) 8a-5p
- MUST be DOT certified
- Worksite Setting: Free standing clinic
- EMR/EHR system: Allscripts
- Will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies.
- Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
- Active unrestricted Wisconsin license,
- DEA
- DOT cert
- Proof of vaccination .
