Job description
Position Overview
Practice women’s health in Guam — a U.S. island destination known for its tropical climate, stunning beaches, and unique cultural experience — while supporting a mission-driven community health program serving underserved populations.
One of our Partners is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to provide outpatient women’s health and prenatal care services at a nonprofit community health center serving the island of Guam.
This assignment offers a predictable outpatient schedule of approximately 40 hours per week with two dedicated days off each week, allowing physicians to maintain excellent work-life balance while delivering meaningful care to a growing patient population.
The clinic focuses on preventive care, prenatal services, family planning, and minor gynecologic procedures, supporting patients who often have limited access to specialty care. Physicians work alongside an integrated care team including nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, psychiatry services, and nutrition specialists, delivering coordinated care in a collaborative setting.
Patient volume averages 15–25 patients per day, allowing providers to practice thoughtful, patient-centered medicine.
The role is fully outpatient focused, and hospital deliveries are not currently required. However, the organization is exploring future development of delivery services through partnerships with local hospitals.
