🤰 High-Pay OB/GYN Opportunity – Clinton, Iowa | Full-Scope Practice + Call 💰

Full-Time | Inpatient, Outpatient, OR & OB Call | Locum to Perm or Permanent

A collaborative OB/GYN physician is needed to join a growing Family Medicine/OB service line in Iowa. This is a full-scope OB/GYN role offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. Providers who can start ASAP are highly preferred.

🏥 Practice Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with shared call

• Call Ratio: 1:4 (weekend/on-call)

• Responsibilities include:

  • Inpatient rounds and labor & delivery coverage

  • Outpatient clinic visits

  • OR procedures

  • Travel to multiple locations/clinics within the service line

• Trauma Level: Level 4

• EMR: Cerner (inpatient), eClinicalWorks (outpatient)

• Providers must be committed to supporting and growing the facility’s OB service line

• Base salary: $300,000+ (based on experience and training)

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (BE within 3 years of eligibility)

• Iowa medical license (or willing to obtain)

• NRP & AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (or willing to obtain prior to start)

• Clean malpractice preferred

• NPDB Self Query report (within 30 days)

• Not open to 1099 candidates or visa sponsorship

• Providers must be able to start ASAP and be local (commute <1 hour)
