Ob/Gyn Hospitalists - South Bend, IN - Great Location between Detroit and Chicago!
A successful OB hospitalist program should be a collaboration among your hospital's staff and affiliated obstetricians, family practice physicians and sub-specialists. Our experienced, board-eligible or board-certified OB Hospitalists at Memorial South Bend Hospital provide OB triage, admissions inpatient care, and delivery for hospitalized patients.

Engage with Obsterix MFM physicians to provide quality care for antepartum & intrapartum high-risk patients.

Collaborate with a robust Certified Nurse Midwife practice of 7 providers.

Coordinate care with the Pediatrix Neonatology physicians for the best neonatal outcomes in the region.

Level III NICU & Level III Perinatal Center

Level II trauma center, MedFlight, and specialized Maternal OB transport team.

10 birthing suites and an average of 3 deliveries per 24-hour shift and annual deliveries of approximately 2,000
- Participate in teaching activities and other clinical activities associated with the OB Hospitalist program
- Located between Chicago and Detroit - Near the University of Notre Dame and 30-45 minutes from Lake Michigan

Job Responsibilities

Indiana License

IN license or active IMLC compact eligible [PREFERRED]
Minimum of 1-year post-residency experience required [REQUIRED]
Recent clinical OBGYN experience required (within the last 12 months) [REQUIRED]
