– Join a nonprofit, 68 bed hospital, serving the community since 1971

– 1:4 call

Compensation and Benefits:
– 340K base salary
– “Estimated” on-call system pay of $55,000 per year
– Production bonus – Averages 15K-25K per year
– Up to 200K signing – Flexible in allocation of funds
– PTO: 5 weeks
– CE Allowance: 3K
– 403b with 4% match
