Compensation:
- Option #1: Base salary of $322,513 (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation
for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target.
- Option #2: Base salary of $396,577 (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to a wRVU
production contract.
Office Hours/Work Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm / Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm
- Call for your own patients throughout the week until 5:00pm
- Weekend and Holiday call along with circumcisions in the nursery
Case Load:
- 25 patients/day
- 4-6 hospital procedures/day on average
Procedures:
- Office: Colonoscopy, IUD insertion and removals, Biopsies
- Hospital: DX Laparoscopy, Hysterectomy, D&C, Ablations, Tubal - Ligations, Cesareans
