**OBGYN opportunity: Modesto, CA**
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Compensation/Benefits: Income Guarantee model; Relocation Agreement (offered from hospital) includes year 1 income guarantee (based on MGMA guidelines), sign-on bonus, relocation expenses, malpractice/tail coverage,
CME allowance
- Private practice
- Reason for search: Coverage
- Practice type: Existing over 30 years, 3 full time physicians, with one full time NP
- Typical Week: 3 days a week seeing patients 1 day in Surgery and 1 day taking call, laborist is an option
- Mix of in and out, Call is 1 in 4, 1 day a week and 1 weekend per month, patient census is dependent on how busy the physician wants to be.
**Practice information:**
- Ultrasound in office
- Billing, Prior Authorizations, MAs, office Manager, frontoffice, EMR, all provided in house.
- General OB/Gyn with interest in some high risk OB a plus.
- Must have good OB experience.
- All new patients are divided equally assigned to whomever is on-call that day.
- All OB collections are pooled and then divided equally by 4; Gyn is individual productivity only.
