A thriving established women’s health practice in desirable Northwestern Ohio is seeking an OB/GYN to step into a ready-made patient panel due to a physician retirement. Walk into a busy practice from Day 1 — without feeling overwhelmed. The experienced, efficient team maintains a steady, manageable pace in a full-spectrum practice that includes clinic, deliveries, C-sections, and GYN surgeries. Enjoy practicing medicine in an environment where your voice matters and autonomy is valued.
The ideal candidate is a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN (MD/DO) with an active Ohio license. New graduates are encouraged to apply and are eligible for a $5,000 residency stipend.
Opportunity Highlights:
- $350,000–$400,000 guaranteed base salary + wRVU production
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- 15–20 patients per day in clinic
- No high-risk OB
- Excellent payor mix in an affluent service area
