Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist/Physician to work locum shifts in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania (PA) to begin as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:
DESCRIPTION:
- 24 Hr Shifts (8a-8a) 8 a to 5p clinic + Call: Holding Beeper after clinic (inpatient)
- NICU level III
- Miniumum 4 shifts per month, can have up to 6 shifts per month
- Expected patients encounters per day: 8-10
- Average Deliveries for Hospitalists: 1-4
- Shifts in block coverage
- Full Scope, do not have to perform circumcisions
- ANES & MFM on site.
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
- PA License Active and unrestricted, IMLC (LOQ in hand)
- BC-OBGYN, or Truly Board Eligible.
- BLS, ACLS, DEA, EFM
- Covid Vaccination – required, or medical exemption
- Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months. 25 Gyn cases in last 12 months.
- Minimum 2-years of experience.
