NURSES Etc STAFFING is currently seeking a OB/GYN Physician to join our team at Fort Carson. This military base is located southwest of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Fort Carson also known as the Mountain Post is one of the youngest installations and recognized as the world's premier locations to lead, train, and maintain. The area provides some of the most beautiful scenery and outdoor recreational opportunities in America!

Evans Army Community Hospital is a military treatment facility serving active duty military, their family members, and beneficiaries.

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Degree/Education: a doctorate degree from an accredited college approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association or Doctor of Osteopathy from a college accredited by the American Osteopathic Association.
  • Certification: maintain current certification in
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of two years’ experience after their residency caring for patients within the last six years or shall have at least one year’s experience on a civilian or military hospital staff within the last six years.
  • Registration: Must be Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG) or an equivalent accredited program, and have successfully completed a four year residency program which is accredited by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians.
  • License: Obtain a unrestricted license in one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S.
