The locum tenens OBGYN opportunity in North Carolina:

-Duration: Periodic Call Coverage- On-going (90+ days, will consider extension and/or permanent conversion)

-Dates Needed: March 14-18, 22-25, March 29- April 1, future dates TBD

-Shift: Thursday- Monday, 7p- 7a

-Scope: Inpatient only

-Required procedures: C-section, circumcision, pp tubals, vaginal deliveries, D&C & laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy

>No ICU/Critical care procedures, no codes

-Patients: 6 patients per day with 2-3 OB checks per day

> 3 labor rooms, 16 patient rooms & 6 NBN beds

-Required: Board certified, NC license and DEA, BLS & NRP

• Level II Trauma ED
• Medical ICU
• Level 1 Nursery
• GE Centricity Centralized Fetal Monitoring
• Latest Stryker Towers for laparoscopic procedures
• 24/7 on-call anesthesiology and radiology support
• 24-hr Surgical Services available
• Ortho available 4 days/week
• Cardiology, on site 5 days/week
• Critical Care via telemedicine
• Psychiatry available
• 24/7 Hospitalist programs (Med-Peds)
