A hospital in Illinois is looking for an OB/GYN physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately 6 months starting early January and on an ongoing need thereafter. The provider will be on a 12 hour call schedule from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will do ten 24 hour shifts each month. The provider will be in the hospital at 6 a.m., will make rounds at 7 a.m. and will be on call for the rest of the shift. The provider will see about 2 to 3 adult patients each day. The locum should be comfortable doing deliveries, C-sections, tubalizations, ER, etc. The facility uses Epic EMR.
