- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with after call hours
- EMR: HMS
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified
- Provider will be required to supervise:
- Nurses
- Clinic based CNP's
- Certified nurse midwife
