- Adult Trauma Level IV Facility
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Average Deliveries per Shift: 0-1
- Approximately 0-2 callbacks
- Average callback coverage time: 2-6 hours
- EMR: Cerner
- Certifications: BC or BE, AZ license or IMLC, DEA, Flu and Covid-19 Vaccine
