To be part of our organization, every employee should understand and share Yale New Haven Health System's Vision, support our Mission, and live our Values. These values, Integrity, Patient-Centered Care, Respect, Accountability, and Compassion, guide everything we do as individuals and professionals each day.

Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), a member of Yale New Haven Health, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist for a unique blended leadership and clinical opportunity as Medical Director, OB/GYN (0.1-0.2 FTE) and OB/GYN Generalist Physician. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to shape the future of ambulatory women's healthcare across NEMG while maintaining an active and fulfilling clinical practice. As Medical Director, the physician will provide leadership for ambulatory OB/GYN services across the NEMG network, serving as the primary liaison between specialty leadership and employed and affiliated OB/GYN clinicians. Reporting administratively to the Chief Ambulatory Physician Executive (CAPE) and professionally to the System Chair/Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Medical Director will collaborate with physician, operational, and executive leaders to advance clinical excellence, patient access, provider engagement, quality outcomes, and operational performance.

In conjunction with these leadership responsibilities, the physician will practice as an OB/GYN Generalist, providing comprehensive women's healthcare services, including obstetrical and gynecologic care, to patients throughout Fairfield County and the surrounding communities. The clinical practice is based in our modern outpatient office in Wilton, Connecticut, with inpatient responsibilities at Greenwich Hospital, a nationally recognized and award-winning institution.

This role is ideal for a physician leader who is passionate about advancing women's health, driving quality and innovation, mentoring colleagues, and influencing the strategic direction of OB/GYN services within one of the nation's premier integrated healthcare systems.

Join Northeast Medical Group and become part of a physician-led, patient-centered organization committed to excellence, compassion, integrity, respect, and accountability while enjoying the opportunity to make a meaningful impact both clinically and as a healthcare leader.

As Medical Director, OB/GYN, you will serve as the physician leader for ambulatory OB/GYN services across Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to advance clinical excellence, physician engagement, patient access, quality outcomes, and practice performance. Reporting to the Chief Ambulatory Physician Executive (CAPE) and working in close partnership with the System Chair/Chief of Obstetrics & Gynecology, you will help shape the future of women's healthcare across a growing, physician-led network.
