Requirements
- MD/DO
- Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Arizona medical license required
- Candidates may be licensed for assignments 4+ months out
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Credentialing: approximately 30 days
