### Locums | OB/GYN In-House Call | Issaquah, WA (WA License or IMLC) ### Why This Role

  • Ongoing inpatient coverage
  • Approximately 7‚Äì10 shifts per month
  • In-house shifts with no beeper callback
  • Established RN, MA, and APP support
  • Epic EMR ###
Assignment Details Location: Issaquah, Washington Start Date: January 1, 2027 Duration: Ongoing Commitment: Approximately 7–10 shifts per month Setting: Inpatient Coverage Type: In-house call only Patient Volume: Approximately seven patients per shift Response Time: 20 minutes Credentialing: Approximately 90 days Temporary Privileges: Not available EMR: Epic ### Shift Options Monday–Thursday Days: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday–Thursday Nights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Friday–Saturday Nights: 7:00 PM–8:00 AM Sunday–Monday Nights: 8:00 PM–7:00 AM ### Requirements Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Washington medical license or IMLC eligibility Active DEA registration Active BLS certification Current CV required at submission Low- and high-risk pregnancy management Fetal heart-rate interpretation Level I screening ultrasound Routine and complicated delivery experience Ability to supervise and teach residents ### Required Clinical Skills Vaginal and low-forceps delivery Cesarean-section decision-making and performance Breech delivery and multiple births Placental abruption and VBAC management Third- and fourth-degree laceration repair ### Preferred Skills Minor office gynecology procedures Open and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery Major operative gynecology ### Clinical Details Approximately 1,295 deliveries annually Support includes: - Seven RNs - Thirteen Medical Assistants - Six NPs/PAs Resident teaching and supervision required No APP supervision required Long-term housing requires advance approval
