What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and hospital settings.
- Serve as a clinical leader and trusted resource for providers and care teams.
- Guide quality improvement efforts and promote evidence-based care.
- Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to support professional growth.
- Collaborate with organizational leadership to strengthen and expand women's health services.
- Support initiatives that improve patient access, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Active New York medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- At least 5 years of OB/GYN experience.
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or medical directorship experience preferred.
- Passion for patient-centered care and team development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
