Clinical Responsibilities

You Must Have
- Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active Michigan license at the time of submission — candidates who still need to obtain licensure will not be considered
- Willingness to cover all three locations: Gaylord, Cadillac, and Charlevoix
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, EFM, NRP, and DEA — required at offer
- Clean malpractice history, no exceptions
- Broad-scope OB/GYN experience with comfort practicing independently in a rural setting
Practice Environment
- 100% inpatient, hospital-based rural practice
- Low daily census of 2–5 patients depending on acuity
- Level I and Level II trauma facilities within the system
- Oracle EMR
- No fellowship or teaching requirement
Credentialing
- Estimated timeframe: 90 days
- Temporary privileges are available
Travel & Logistics
