Locums – Mt. Pleasant, Michigan OB/GYN - Hospitalist Job
Start Date
- ASAP through January 2, 2027
- Local candidates preferred
Schedule
- OB call coverage every 5th week
- Specific coverage dates are not currently available
Practice Setting / Coverage
- Labor & Delivery
- Emergency Department
- Surgical coverage
- Acute/urgent surgical needs
- Clinic consults only for emergent cases to determine whether hospital admission is required
Patient Volume
- Approximately 4 deliveries per day
Support Staff
- 2 Nurse Practitioners
EMR
- Cerner
Skills / Procedures
- Low-risk pregnancy management
- Vaginal deliveries
- C-sections
- Repair of 3rd- and 4th-degree lacerations
- VBACs
- OB ultrasound
- Amniocentesis
Requirements
- Active Michigan license
- Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN experience
