- Call Type: 12 Hour In-House Call
- Schedule (per week):
- Dates of Need: Starting January 2027
- Shift Times: Varies: 12hr in house call (M-thu 7am-7pm/7pm-7am, F-Sat 7pm-8am, sun-m 8pm-7am.
- Lunch N/A unpaid
- Provider Min # Shifts Required: 14-21 per month
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 0
- Hours Worked for OT to apply: 0
- Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: In-House: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday
