OB/GYN Opening in Olean, NY Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Position Overview • Full-time, permanent opportunity. • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population. • Opportunity to manage a broad scope of OB/GYN cases, including both routine and complex care. • Practice in a rural setting while utilizing advanced technology, including the Xi da Vinci Surgical Robot for minimally invasive procedures. • Shared call schedule among providers to promote a manageable workload and work-life balance. • Work alongside experienced physicians and healthcare professionals with opportunities for mentorship and collaboration. • Hospital, outpatient offices, and ambulatory surgery center conveniently located adjacent to one another for streamlined patient care. • Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. • Serve a regional patient population across southwestern New York and neighboring areas of Pennsylvania. • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing high-quality women's healthcare in a close-knit community. Provides a wide range of services, including: o Emergency medicine o Cardiology and cardiac catheterization services o Surgical services o Maternity care o Behavioral health and psychiatry o Diagnostic imaging, including MRI and radiology services o Dialysis services o Primary care and specialty care clinics Regional healthcare leader providing advanced services, including: o Interventional cardiac catheterization program o State-designated Stroke Center o Accredited Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine o On-site intensivist coverage for critically ill patients o Outpatient surgery services o Strong primary care network throughout the region Compensation & Benefits • Competitive annual base salary: $475,000 – $500,000. • Additional earning potential through RVU productivity bonus. • Sign-on bonus eligible. • Relocation assistance available. Candidate Qualifications • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. • Eligible for medical licensure in New York. • Strong clinical skills with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
