Seeking a Board-Certified OBGYN/Laborist for a locum tenens opportunity in Monroeville, PA. This role offers a predictable 24-hour in-house schedule, a strong support team, and the opportunity to supervise and teach residents and APPs.
Job Responsibilities
Manage labor and deliveries
Perform minor GYN procedures
No C-sections required
Supervise and teach residents and APPs
Respond to obstetric and gynecologic needs throughout the shift
Collaborate with APPs, MFM, GYN Oncology, and other onsite clinical teams
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania medical license strongly preferred
IMLC candidates considered
PA DEA required
BLS & ACLS required
Must be able to work the exact dates required
Coverage: Approximately 4 shifts/month
Working Hours
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Weekend: One 48-hour weekend/month (Saturday–Sunday)
Typical Coverage: 4 shifts/month
Minimum Commitment: 2 shifts/month
On-Call: No — in-house coverage
Meal Break: 30 minutes
Note: 4–5 shift blocks may be considered, but back-to-back shifts are not allowed.
