Join an established team of 8 OB/GYNs at a growing California coastal health system offering robotics, a 4-day work week, strong support staff, and exceptional earning potential.
This 263-bed hospital located in California's beautiful Monterey Bay region, is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join its thriving women's health practice. Due to continued growth and upcoming physician retirements, this is an immediate opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong volume, excellent support, and long-term stability.
The Position:
• 450,000 base salary with expected earnings of $575K-$600K+, plus a $100K recruitment package
• 4-day work week
• Shared 1:9
• Access to 2 Da Vinci robots with dedicated robotic block time and strong surgical volume potential
• Epic EMR, AI-powered scribe technology, PSLF eligibility, and comprehensive benefits.
