Healthcare United is seeking an OBGYN Physician to join a well-established traditional obstetrics and gynecology practice in East Central Illinois. This full-time opportunity offers a balanced mix of obstetrics, gynecologic surgery, and office-based care with an exceptionally light call schedule of approximately 3 to 4 days per month.

The expected base salary range is $350,000 to $425,000+, with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME support, comprehensive insurance, retirement benefits, and paid malpractice coverage. The practice is supported by a loyal patient base, modern labor and delivery facilities, and a financially stable regional health system.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, delivery, and postpartum obstetric care
• Perform gynecologic surgeries and office-based procedures
• Provide well-woman care, family planning, and preventive services
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Collaborate with primary care providers, midwifery, advanced practice providers, and specialists
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Deliver patient-focused, quality-driven care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for or actively holding an Illinois medical license
• Ability to provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Visa sponsorship is not available

Working Hours

• Full-time traditional OBGYN practice
• Approximately 3 to 4 call days per month
• Balanced mix of outpatient care, labor and delivery, and gynecologic surgery

Skills

• Strong obstetric and gynecologic clinical skills
• Proficiency with labor and delivery management
• Strong gynecologic surgical and office-based procedural skills
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers
• Excellent patient communication and EMR documentation skills
