### Locums | OB/GYN | Clinic + Call | Iron Mountain, MI (Any State License Accepted) ### Why This Role * Ongoing OB/GYN coverage with recurring 7–10 day assignments * Mix of clinic and call responsibilities * Cerner EMR * Established women's health practice with APP support ### Assignment Details * Start Date: August 28, 2026 * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call * Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient * Preferred Coverage Dates: * August 28 – September 3 or September 14 – September 20 * December 7 – December 13 * December 21 – December 27 * Assignment Length: 7–10 day blocks * Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 PM * Clinic Volume: Approximately 12 patients per day * Hospital Volume: 1–2 patients per day * Annual Deliveries: Approximately 319 * EMR: Cerner ### Requirements * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology * BLS certification * Hospital privileges required * Comfortable supervising APPs * Ability to provide both clinic and call coverage ### Clinical Details * 24-hour beeper call with 15-minute response time * Weekday prenatal clinic while covering call * Routine and complicated vaginal deliveries * Cesarean sections * Breech deliveries * Multiple gestations * Abruptions * VBAC management * Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) * Third and fourth-degree laceration repair * Office gynecology including IUDs, colposcopy, LEEP, cryotherapy, and cystoscopy * Open and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery * Major gynecologic procedures including ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy, and lysis of adhesions * OB ultrasound experience preferred
