  • 24-Hour Call Shifts: September 18, 19, and 20
• Patient Population/Case Load: Average 1100 deliveries per year
• Case Mix: NICU Designation: Level 3 NICU (maintains and manages high-risk antepartum patients)
• Trauma Level: Level 2

Licensing and Privileging

• License: An active Idaho state license or an IMLC membership is required.
• Requires Active State License: Yes

• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 45 days upon completion of med staff application
