Job description
OB/GYN physician locums in Vermont with night coverage during the week plus weekend 24 hour call, focused on L&D and ED consults with a 20 minute response time.
Highlights
- 24 hour for L&D and ED coverage, 30 minute response time
- MUST be able to cover these days: Nov 25 (7am)- Nov 30 (7am); Dec 22(7am)- Dec 28 (7am); Dec 29 (7am)- Jan 1 (7am)
- 24/7 pediatric coverage in the ED for deliveries
- Epic charting
Practice Setting
- Inpatient coverage for adult patients
- Laborist and emergency GYN coverage model
- Support includes 24/7 pediatric coverage in the ED for deliveries
- Hospital averages 26 to 28 deliveries per month, call volume varies
Cases and Procedures
- L&D coverage
- Emergency GYN including ectopic and other emergent cases
- Neonatal circumcisions are a plus
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Vermont license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only
- DEA required
