- Night 7P-7A; 7/20, 7/22, 7/27
- AUGUST
- Night 7P-7A; 8/3, 8/5, 8/6, 8/9, 8/16, 8/26
- Days 7A-7P; 8/1, 8/3, 8/5, 8/6, 8/7, 8/9, 8/10, 8/17, 8/19, 8/20, 8/23, 8/24, 8/26, 8/27
- 1 patient per day
- 1 MD and 1 APP
- Meditech
- Requirements: Active TN license, Board certified
