OB Hospitalist Opportunity in Fort Worth, TX
* Full-time position with 7.5 24-hour shifts per month
* Part-time option available with a minimum of 5.5 24-hour shifts per month while remaining benefits eligible
* Annual delivery volume of 1,924
* Hospitalists perform approximately 96 vaginal and cesarean deliveries annually
* Manage a 40% C-section rate
* Oversee 2,296 unscheduled outpatient OB/GYN triage visits annually
* Conduct 1,229 OBED consults each year
* Collaborate with in-house neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners in a Level II NICU
* Work alongside maternal-fetal medicine specialists to manage high-risk pregnancies
* Responsibilities include OB triage, admissions, attending deliveries, inpatient care, and care for unassigned patients
* Assist with private call coverage, OB floor coverage, ER consults for GYN emergencies, and cesarean section assistance
* Respond to labor and delivery emergencies
Compensation & Benefits
* Compensation of $135/hour, approximately $292,000 annually for full-time schedule requirements

Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Active Texas license or in process
* Clean malpractice and license history preferred
* DEA required prior to start
* Must be willing to reside within the immediate local area
