HOSPITALIST
This full-time position offers the chance to practice high-acuity, hospital-based obstetrics in a collaborative environment supported by advanced maternal and neonatal resources. This role is ideal for board-certified OB/GYN physicians seeking meaningful clinical work, strong physician support, and the flexibility to maintain excellent work-life balance while practicing at the highest level of inpatient women’s healthcare.
Opportunity Highlights
§ 24-hour shifts with no traditional call responsibilities
§ Flexible and predictable scheduling designed to support physician wellness and career longevity
§ Minimum average of six shifts per month
§ Dual-provider OB Hospitalist model with two physicians on-site at all times to support patient care and collaboration
§ Dedicated first assist support available for hospitalists and community physicians
§ Reliable and highly organized back-up call structure
§ Responsibilities include emergency OB care, OBED coverage, gynecologic support, and assistance with urgent private physician cases
