OBGYN Physician Opportunity on the Maryland Eastern Shore

OB/GYN Physician - Salisbury, Maryland

Join an established, high volume OB/GYN program on Maryland's Eastern Shore with 7 OB/GYNs, 8 CNMs, and approximately 2,200 deliveries annually.

Position Highlights

• Full Spectrum Practice: Approximately 50/50 OB and GYN mix with a strong physician and midwife team
• Robotic Surgery: Da Vinci Xi robotics and access to a 4 room ambulatory surgery center
• Clinical Support: MFM support for high risk cases
• Practice Resources: On site ultrasound, colposcopy, and laboratory services
• Delivery Volume: Approximately 2,200 deliveries annually with a 17% to 19% C section rate

Schedule & Call

• Practice Schedule: Monday through Friday with 3 to 4 clinic days per week and dedicated OR block time
• Call Rotation: 1:7 call with a post call day off and laborist backup

Compensation & Benefits

• $380,000 to $390,000 base salary
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• 6 weeks PTO plus 9 paid holidays
• $3,000 annual CME allowance
• 401(k) with 5% employer match

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
