Qualifications
*Must have current medical licensure or be able to obtain one
*Must be certified in ABOG or AOBOG
*Must have least three years of documented residency program leadership experience
*Be willing to combine administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities (50/50)
*Have strong administrative and team building skills
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ongoing and continuous scholarly activity is expected
*Prior experience as a chief resident or core faculty are highly encouraged to apply.
