• 3–4 clinic days per week plus post-call day
• Shared call model (approximately 1:6) with call from home

The Practice

• Brand new clinic with strong growth potential
• OB hospitalist support model in place
• Dedicated OB emergency department and full support services
• Spanish proficiency is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $400,000 starting salary + productivity incentives
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000

• Malpractice with tail coverage

Additional structure details:

• Salary guarantee for 18 months, then transitions to a productivity model
• Two-year contract
• Seeking physicians interested in long-term practice (7–10+ years preferred)
• Open to new graduates (not considering 2027 candidates)
• Willing to wait for California licensure
