🗓️ Schedule & Coverage

• 🕗 Standard clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 📅 Typical days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• ⏳ Coverage need: ~2 weeks per month
• 🧩 Shift structure: 8-hour shifts, 2–3 day blocks
• 📞 Call: PRN only (minimal responsibility)
• 🚫 No block scheduling required

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

• 👩‍⚕️ Comprehensive OB/GYN outpatient and inpatient care
• 👥 Patient volume: ~20–25 patients per day
• 👶 Patient age range: 14–90 years
• 🧪 Common procedures include:
  • 📄 Pap smears
  • 🔬 Colposcopies (or referral available onsite)
  • 🧫 Endometrial biopsies (EMB)
  • 🧷 Pessary management
• 🔭 Colposcope available within clinic
• 💻 EMR system: Epic

📌 Requirements

• 🎓 Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• 🪪 Active Pennsylvania medical license required
• 🫀 BLS certification required
• 🏛️ DEA (Pennsylvania) required
• 💉 Vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• ⏱️ Credentialing timeline: ~60–90 days
• 🌍 IMLC accepted (as applicable)
