Located in Blackfoot, ID - Pocatello 25m, Salt Lake City 160m
Part-time, permanent position

Seeking OBGYN physicians to join our innovative, collaborative practice model that balances work-life flexibility with financial stability and professional fulfillment. This is a unique opportunity with a supportive team providing high-quality, evidence-based obstetric and gynecological care in a rural setting while maintaining control over their schedule and earning potential.
Overview:
* Seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN
* Unique flexible practice model with strong work-life balance
* One week per month dedicated to OB (clinic + call), with remaining three weeks flexible for GYN or time off
* Approximately 30 deliveries per month at facility
* OB responsibilities include clinic, L&D call, C-sections, and ER consults
* Full flexibility to build GYN and women’s health practice outside OB weeks
* Independent RVU-based model for GYN services with income guarantee for first 2 years
* Collaborative, team-based OB coverage (1:4 rotation)
* Strong nursing, clinic, and administrative support
* Opportunity for physician input in care protocols and leadership
