Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients aged 14 to 90.
- Conduct minor procedures including EMB, colposcopy, pessary maintenance, and Pap smears.
- Support a busy clinic with approximately 20-25 patients daily.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, including nurses, front office, and supervisory personnel.
- Document patient encounters accurately using the EPIC EMR system.
- Participate in scheduled shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, primarily Monday through Wednesday.
- Attend to occasional PRN call duties as required.
- Utilize specialized equipment such as colposcopes for minor procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- DEA registration valid for practice in Pennsylvania.
- Current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
- Ability to perform minor procedures independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Additional certifications or training in women's health procedures.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice post-residency.
- Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Compliance with all credentialing and privileging timelines (~60-90 days).
- All travel expenses, including airfare, hotel, and rental cars, are billable.
- Rate of $295.62 per hour, with overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x rate.
- Ability to provide services starting June 1, 2026.
