Join Our Team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician – Make a Difference in Women's Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients aged 14 to 90.
  • Conduct minor procedures including EMB, colposcopy, pessary maintenance, and Pap smears.
  • Support a busy clinic with approximately 20-25 patients daily.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, including nurses, front office, and supervisory personnel.
  • Document patient encounters accurately using the EPIC EMR system.
  • Participate in scheduled shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, primarily Monday through Wednesday.
  • Attend to occasional PRN call duties as required.
  • Utilize specialized equipment such as colposcopes for minor procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid Pennsylvania medical license.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • DEA registration valid for practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
  • Ability to perform minor procedures independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
  • Additional certifications or training in women's health procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice post-residency.
  • Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings is advantageous.

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work scheduled shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Compliance with all credentialing and privileging timelines (~60-90 days).
  • All travel expenses, including airfare, hotel, and rental cars, are billable.
  • Rate of $295.62 per hour, with overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x rate.
  • Ability to provide services starting June 1, 2026.
