• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Schedule: Mon‚ÄìThu 8a‚Äì5p; Fri 8a‚Äì12p; Call 7a‚Äì7a (1:3 rotation)
• Patients per Day: 20‚Äì22 clinic
• Call Details: Beeper call; 30-minute response time; ~12 phone consults; ~5 patients seen; 2‚Äì5 admissions
• EMR: McKesson and Athena ###Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Washington license (IMLC accepted)
• ACLS and BLS
• Clean history
• Ability to supervise residents ###Clinical Details
• Scope: Full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology including outpatient, inpatient, deliveries, and surgical GYN
• Typical Procedures: - Management of low- and high-risk pregnancies - Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) - OB ultrasound Level I/screening - Routine vaginal delivery, low forceps, c-section decision-making - Complicated deliveries including c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC - Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations - Office gynecology: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP - Surgical gynecology: open and laparoscopic (diagnostic/minor and operative/major including ectopic, ovary removal, cystectomy, LOA) - Rounding on labor & delivery/post-partum patients daily ###Compensation
